There is now a mandatory minimum $300 fine, they criminalized marijuana advertising, they intimidated local glass & CBD shops out-of-business, put more money towards border arrests, & have a proposed amendment to the Idaho Constitution to prevent legalization by taking away the people's right to ever vote on the issue.

Idaho House Joint Memorial 4 puts a proposed amendment to the Idaho Constitution up for a vote in Idaho’s November 2026 general election.
If a majority of voters pass the amendment, Idaho voters will no longer have the power to vote on whether or not they want to legalize marijuana through a citizen’s ballot initiative.
Idaho House Bill 271 quickly, and quietly, passed both the house and the senate; and was signed into law by Governor Brad Little on April 1st, 2025 - criminalizing the advertising of "illegal drugs" in Idaho.
Our free & family friendly, Cannabis Education Event does NOT receive the same support, most likely due to the stigma surrounding Cannabis prohibition and Idaho's current laws.
Many businesses are scared to lose customers if they support legalization because of outdated fear and propaganda ingrained within in our society.
Hence the need for EDUCATION!
As a locally grown event, our loyal vendors and original supporters are where our roots begin.
Before there were ever any dispensaries sponsoring our event, we built a foundation from the generous contributions of local vendors, neighbors in our community, who believed in our cause and wanted to help further our mission.
Your support, and generous donations to the cause, are what has always enabled us to meet our goals and fund our mission of Cannabis Education in a family-friendly atmosphere.
Pay early, pay less.
In order to make our event a success, we need to know the budget we have to work with, ASAP.
This year we are offering seasonal tiered pricing for vendors fees, as well as an option for one-day participation.
The earlier we receive your contribution, the more we can prepare, and the less you pay.
