Things are hard for everyone right now, and we know our fees are a little high for some vendors...
To help offset expenses, for both ourselves and our wonderful vendors, we offer discount options. (see below)
Have a discount idea not listed that could benefit us both? We wanna hear it! Just email admin@boisehempfest.org to work something out!
- Large Booth Space + $100 (10x20 total space)
- Electrical Access (110v) + $50 (1 plug ea./both days)
- Electrical Access (220v) + $150 (1 plug ea./both days)
- Water Access + $50 (access on both days)
- Table/2 Chairs (rental) + $50/ea (includes both days)
- 10'x10' Canopy + $100/ea (includes both days)
- Golf Cart Load-In + $100 (load-in days ONLY, staff does NOT help setup, clean up, or haul-out)
- Preferred Placement + $100 (choose up to 5 preferred spots in layout before everyone else is mapped, first come first serve for availability)
- Cannabis Cove - Prime Location + $500 (within view of the main stage/bandshell)

We are happy to work out an in-kind exchange for partial payment of your vendor fees.
This can be items/services for our event needs or prize giveaways from Vendor Village participants or free meal coupons for our volunteers from Munchies Market food vendors.

City Required Permit Fee
All applications will include a required $50 Permit Fee to cover the costs of your individual vending permit that we are charged by
Boise Parks & Recreation.
There is no application fee. The entirety of your vendor fee will be used to help make our important educational event a success!
