Create original artwork that captures the spirit of Boise Hempfest 2027 — 

11th Annual Cannabis Education Event.


Your design should celebrate:

This is not a “stoner poster contest.”


We are looking for artwork that promotes education, awareness, advocacy, creativity, and community engagement.

CONTEST REQUIREMENTS

✅ ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to all artists (individual or team submissions)
  • All ages welcome (content rules apply) - submissions by minors must have parent/guardian complete the application process 
  • Entries must be 100% original artwork
  • One artist/team may submit multiple entries (separate applications required)

🎨 SUBMISSION

Submission MUST include:

✔ Completed Contest Entry Application 

✔ $4.20 Entry Fee 


✔ Required Files:

  1. Poster Design — 11” × 17”
  2. Matching Stand-Alone Logo
    • The words: Boise Hempfest 2027
    • Rectangle, Square, or Circle format
    • Must coordinate with poster design

    ✔ File Format: PNG or JPG 

    ✔ Resolution: 300 DPI (print-ready)

  • Idaho / Boise inspiration

  • Explicit drug use imagery
  • Promotion of illegal activity
  • Hate speech
  • Offensive or discriminatory content
  • Copyright infringement

❗ DISQUALIFICATION

 Entries may be eliminated if they:

  • Are not original
  • Contain obvious AI-generated content
  • Miss required information
  • Are unusable due to low resolution
  • Violate event rules or content standards
  • Low-effort, copied, or misleading

(Reggae, cultural, activist, and Idaho-inspired influences welcome  & suggested, but optional.)

⚖ RIGHTS & USAGE

**Artists retain ownership of their artwork.

By entering, artists grant Boise Hempfest/ELITE, LLC permission 

to use submitted artwork for:

- Event promotion

- Marketing materials

- Website and social media

- Event merchandise

- Printed event materials


Winning artwork may be modified for formatting or production purposes. 

Artists may be asked for assistance with edits.
