2027 Poster & Logo Contest

• Open to all artists (individual or team submissions)
• All ages welcome (content rules apply) - submissions by minors must have parent/guardian complete the application process 
• Entries must be 100% original artwork
• One artist/team may submit multiple entries (separate applications required)

Submission MUST include:

✔ Completed Contest Entry Application 

✔ $4.20 Entry Fee 

1. Poster Design — 11” × 17”
2. Matching Stand-Alone Logo
   • The words: Boise Hempfest 2027
   • Rectangle, Square, or Circle format
   • Must coordinate with poster design

   ✔ File Format: PNG or JPG 

   ✔ Resolution: 300 DPI (print-ready)  

Artwork should include:

• Cannabis-inspired theme 
• Idaho / Boise inspiration 
• Community & Education themes

Must include the words:

• Boise Hempfest 2027 
• 11th Annual Cannabis Education Event
• ALWAYS Free & Family Friendly
• Saturday, April 17th & Sunday, April 18th
• Julia Davis Park, Boise, Idaho
• Educate & Legalize Idaho

 Submissions must:

✔ Promote education, culture, advocacy, and community
X NOT PERMITTED:

• AI-generated artwork
• Explicit drug use imagery
• Promotion of illegal activity
• Hate speech
• Offensive or discriminatory content
• Copyright infringement

• Community + education themes
• Cultural and artistic expression
• Clean, readable typography
• Idaho + Hempfest identity

Create artwork that feels like a Cannabis Education Protestival — welcoming, memorable, and uniquely Idaho.

 Entries may be eliminated if they:

• Are not original
• Contain obvious AI-generated content
• Miss required information
• Are unusable due to low resolution
• Violate event rules or content standards
• Low-effort, copied, or misleading 

•  Eligibility and quality screening

•  Community engagement phase

•  Scored evaluation and winner selection
